Learn to be kind to yourself when things are getting tough. Choose to see your best qualities instead of criticizing yourself. You are a human being which means that you are bound to make mistakes. When you are too hard on yourself, you cause damage to your mental health. So, when you experience a setback, do not think of it as a failure. Rather, think of it as a challenge for you to improve yourself, so that you will be able to continue achieving your goals.
