You’ve made your bed, now you should sleep in it. That’s what we often say to people who have made a mistake or taken a wrong turn, and must now deal with the consequences. Pretty straightforward right? This sentiment is spot on, specifically when it comes to the emotional issues that govern and dictate our everyday lives. Behind every bad behavior, habit and irrational fear you have, lies a deep subconscious trigger, and you alone are the only one who can fix it.
