This time of year it's very common to feel overwhelmed. It could be due to how much was given to you during the festive season or it could be to do with how much YOU gave. This article from the Havard Business Review gives helpful tips that can assist you with coping better during this time. One of the tips is to Challenge your assumptions. It explains that by focusing on failure this only helps you feel worse and by doing so it could be easy for it to spiral out of control and lead you into a full anxiety attack or depression. This is where Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) is so good. SFH helps you focus on the solution instead of the problem. It helps you come up with a plan to help move forward instead of staying where you don't want to be. It helps you see hope instead of despair.
