Life coaching has grown to be a hugely successful form of talking therapy, to the extent that it has helped turn people’s lives around.
A life coach is someone who can help you identify strengths and weaknesses and overcome obstacles holding you back. Life coaching can help with virtually any aspect of someone’s life, whether it is in their personal or professional life.
A Life coach focuses on what's happening right now, what the client wants next, and how that gap can be bridged. By asking the right questions we can help you find the answers
Unlike the majority of Life coaches, I am open to giving advice if I think it will help, consulting, counselling, mentoring and even administering therapy. Being a Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist I am keen to use all my skills to help you find your way and eventually achieve your goals.
It’s important to have a baseline level of mental health and self-inquiry, as this means you can use Life coaching for its intended purpose: Creating proactive steps to live the life you want, rather than, say, trying to figure out why you’re so anxious, depressed, or self-loathing all of the time.
