Alan has helped me focus on what is truly important and ignore the negatives. He has helped me to understand how my stress bucket was holding onto lots of things that don’t really matter, and to let go of them. He is non-judgemental and very easy to talk to. I can’t recommend Alan highly enough, we are very lucky to have him.

I'd say it’s a totally relaxing experience, a superb way to unwind and de stress from the day to day pressures of work etc. Done in a friendly, relaxed but professional manner. For those people thinking about it, give it a go, I strongly recommend it.
I am grateful for the hypnotherapy I received from you, you are a kind and excellent hypnotist who I have pleasure in recommending to my friends (and have done) Thank you for your time and help.

To be honest I was very sceptical at the beginning, not knowing a great deal about hypnotherapy, but have found your sessions have helped me to deal with situations differently, I am now able to focus on the positives of even the most negative situation (if that makes sense) no matter how small they may be they are there somewhere!!, this in turn has helped my subconscious empty a lot of the things in my stress bucket !!!. Many thanks

My life had been stolen by depression, I had been off work for several months, had stopped going out and was in a pretty desperate way.

"I went to Alan to see if he was able to help me with a confidence problem after an incident I had doing an extreme sport.

My personal life over recent years found itself with many complications which I found it difficult to deal with. Sadly whilst these were at height I didn't realise the negative effect on my life as I spent all my time worrying about those problems. When things started to improve I found myself realising that I had been in a bad place and decided I never wanted to revisit it again. I started to make changes in my life for the positive. I found this possible but it was tiring and hard work.
