I hope a year hasn't gone by since the last time you thought about your mental health.
This year I think it's very important to think about how we treat other's mental health.
During the year there have been many instances where people have had their mental health affected because people who should know better didn't think before they reacted, Naomi Osaka comes to mind.
So, I'm going to set you a challenge.
If you have an instance where you want to comment on social media after someone has posted something you don't agree with, I want you to stop and think before you respond. Then ask yourself some questions.
There are plenty more questions you could ask I'm sure, but just asking these questions will help slow your thinking down so you react rationally instead of just reacting. No one likes to read or see abuse online, especially when it's not justified.
